In June 2020, UF launched the UF Learning Platform which delivers a product focused online training resource for member businesses (https://unitedfarmers.vbms-training.co.uk).
The platform hosts training modules that take the user on an interactive journey learning about the key technical and commercial benefits of different products. This includes information on unique benefits, best use and key features, with each module containing a range of audio and visual material to create an effective and enjoyable learning experience.
Developed in conjunction with our supplier partners, the platform offers a varied library of modules and includes a focus on both the extensive Country UF own-label offering, as well as a number of key branded products. With 42 modules to choose from, and many more in development, the UF Learning Platform now offers members the chance to train their staff on innovative new products without them having to leave the business. To date, over 6,000 modules have been completed and upwards of 550 members of staff have registered for the site.
